Terrence Roland began his interscholastic career at Westport High School through his sophomore year being the first Freshman athlete to qualify for states in the school’s history. Later he transferred to Hickman Mills High School where he graduated and earned accolades such as: All-District, Sectional and State Champion in the 100m, 200m, 400m and 4x200m sprint events. Terrence still holds, till this day, the Hickman Mills 100m record with a 10.50 FAT as a senior and the record for winning the most consecutive races in a season (’00) with 80 first place finishes. Terrence used these accomplishments to propel him to the next level.
After graduating from Hickman Mills, Terrence attended Kansas City Kansas Community College (KCKCC) where he received his Liberal Arts degree specializing in Computer Technology. Terrence continued his track career by running track at KCKCC where he was a 8-time Indoor/Outdoor All-American. Upon completing his two years at KCKCC, Terrence received a full track scholarship to North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University (NCA&T) where he received his Bachelors in Science in Graphics Communication Systems/Printing & Publishing. As a member of the Aggie track team he was a 7-time All-American and 2-time MEAC Champion.
Today Terrence has continued his strive for excellence by completing his Master’s degree in Information Technology from Kaplan University and competing (100m and 200m) at the professional level for the USA Masters team. He has obtained metals in the (100m and 200m) races at different meets around the country. When he is not on the track, Terrence works as a SharePoint Admin for the State of Georgia and is an assistant track coach at Cambridge High School. Terrence possesses a profound knowledge and experience when it comes to performance training and speed development. He will play a important part in the phase two expansion of the company.
