This program is a cross between Boxing Fitness &
Olympic Style Amateur Sport Training.
The program is for off-season training, conditioning between other sports, or summer training. We offer programing for students who have never tried boxing before and wish to improve their fitness and self-confidence. While there are those who will train just for fun and to learn the sport this program has the ability to be for any students that are serious about training and developing their boxing skills to compete one day on a collegiate stage, Golden Gloves, amateur competitions, or Junior Olympics.
